Hello! I am Sandip Mody, and I’m running for Pepper Pike City Council to deliver leadership that listens, collaborates, and gets results. With deep roots in our community and a career built on problem-solving, I’m ready to help move Pepper Pike forward — together.

Why I'm Running
Two years ago, I had the incredible opportunity to run for Pepper Pike City Council. While I came up just short—by only 1.4%—I look back on that experience with deep appreciation. It gave me a chance to connect with so many of you, to listen, to learn, and to understand what matters most to our community.

Since then, my family and I have stayed actively involved. We joined many of you at rallies advocating for greater walkability in our neighborhoods, and we were proud to take part in the joyful celebration of Pepper Pike’s centennial last year. Attending city council meetings and town halls has only strengthened my commitment to this city and deepened my belief in the power of civic engagement.

Those conversations and experiences—whether with council members or fellow residents—have taught me something essential: Pepper Pike needs strong, thoughtful, and proactive leadership. Leaders who listen, who act with integrity, and who put the needs and aspirations of our residents front and center.
That’s why I’ve decided to run for City Council again. I’m ready to serve—not just as a voice for progress, but as a neighbor who’s deeply invested in the future we’re building together. I’m running to represent all of you—my friends, my neighbors, my fellow residents of Pepper Pike, our home.
My Plan for Council
I’m running to bring clear, measurable progress to Pepper Pike—where we track what matters and deliver results.

My approach:
-
Listen First: Regularly gather input from residents—surveys, town hall style forums, and direct outreach.
-
Set Clear Priorities: Focus on what you care about—safety, recreation, infrastructure, and above all - knowing what projects your tax dollars are funding.
-
Research data and solutions
-
Collaborate with city experts
-
Make progress public: publish goals and updates via a city scorecard with transparent timelines and metrics; review quarterly and communicate updates
-
Take action: deliver results and track success with real data - not vague promises.

My priorities:
-
Listen to every voice – Make it simple to share ideas and concerns, and act on what matters most.
-
Be accountable – Provide a public scorecard tracking safety, finances, community life, and infrastructure.
-
Improve safety – Optimize road and intersection design.
-
Promote walkability – Expand sidewalks and trails for safer, more connected neighborhoods.
-
Maintain strong fiscal health – Invest in areas that directly improve residents’ quality of life.
As a councilman, I will listen to residents, analyze data, partner with city experts, and take decisive action—never letting good ideas stagnate. I am ready to bring my proven record of leadership, accountability, and community-driven decision-making to City Council.
I am confident I am the right choice to help lead Pepper Pike forward and I hope to earn your vote for City Council this November.
